Maeby and George Michael kiss, the house come crashing down and then Gob comes onto the scene and says: "Oh no. Dad's gonna be crushed." (He is in the basement, hiding from the law.)
I think this might not be the funniest Arrested Development scene (the funeral where Gob turns his father's fake funeral into a magic show and ends up buried himself takes the cake) but this scene was in the first AD episode I watched - and it completely and utterly sold me on the show forever.
